Wooden windows and doors

High quality is our main goal in producing wooden windows and doors. Today, we have technological equipment and experience that allows us to produce a variety of windows: European, Scandinavian, traditional and modern. We produce exterior and interior doors, balcony and terrace doors, and various sliding door systems. All our products are CE marked.

  • Production capacity allowing production of 1,000 m² windows per month;
  • More than 3,500 m² of production area;
  • High-quality and certified materials;
  • Qualified and experienced professionals;
  • Professional software for the preparation and calculation of window drawings;
  • Computerised production equipment.

We use the highest quality certified wood in our production. In standard products, we use glued-finger-jointed pine, as well as oak doorsills. We have an opportunity to produce windows and doors from other types of wood as well.

Window wood is impregnated, primed and covered with environmentally friendly water-based paints or varnishes. Frame painting ensures the durability of windows. RAL, NCS and Tekna colour palettes are used.

In the production of windows, double or triple glazing units with selective (heat-insulating) glass and argon gas filler are used. Depending on the customer’s needs, we also produce windows with other types of double-glazed units:

  • solar control
  • safe
  • sound-insulating
  • decorative
  • self-cleaning.

Double-glazed units can be equipped with an aluminium or a plastic frame, which provides the window with even more heat retention.

Aluminium – protects the window from aggressive atmospheric influences from the outside and gives the image of solidness to the facade of the house. This material is powder-painted, which makes the window maintenance even simpler, and you will not have to bother about the renewal of your windows in the future.

Wooden Windows Euro 68

The Euro 68 mm profile is usually chosen by customers for their new garden houses, bathhouses or summer cottages being built or renovated. Also, such windows are often ordered by various building organisations, which are engaged in renovations or reconstructions of manors and/or mills. These Euro 68 mm profile windows will be perfect for permanent non-residential buildings or houses.

The heat transfer coefficient U of the Euro 68 mm profile is 1.30 W/(m²K) and the air sound insulation index Rw is 34 dB.

These wooden windows are equipped with 24 mm thick single-chamber, two-glass, argon gas-filled double-glazed units.

Scandinavian-type windows

These are outward opening wooden windows of exclusive design and opening types, especially popular in homesteads and construction of modern houses. They are especially popular in Scandinavian countries – Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. These windows save your interior space and do not occupy the space of the windowsill. Also, they are of convenient operation and easy to maintain.

Scandinavian wooden windows differ from ordinary windows that open inwards not only that they open outwards, but they also have a lot of options for opening.
Fixed windows (fixed). Used as showcase windows; can be combined with adjacent windows or doors.

Side swing windows. Suitable where size limits do not allow the pivot window to be fitted. Especially popular in multistorey houses. The advantage – easy and safe window cleaning.

Side hung windows. A traditional side-opening window that can be equipped with both closing loops and handles.

Top hung windows. A simple bottom-up window that can be made with ‘antique’ style closing loops or handles.

Top 90° slide windows. This method of opening ensures maximum ventilation of the room.

Top 180° swing windows. By pushing the window from the bottom up, it is easy to tip it over so that the outer glass is inside the room. This type of window handle is mounted on the bottom part of the frame. The advantage – safe and easy window cleaning.

The exceptional feature of the Scandinavian window is the extremely wide 55 × 115 mm jamb. Different sash profiles provide corresponding thermal and sound properties.

Window profile Heat transfer coefficient U, W/(m2K) Air sound insulation index Rw, dB
Scandinavian 61 mm 1.33 33
Scandinavian 68 mm 0.98
Scandinavian 78 mm 0.86 34
Scandinavian 78 mm + AL 0.84 34

We manufacture traditional English wooden sash windows.
New windows look just like the originals of such windows, but they conform to the requirements of modern standards including double glazing.
Such sash windows can be used to replace the windows in old buildings or when building new ones.
Sash windows consist of two glazed panels moving vertically along the window frame.
The balance is ensured through the use of a metal weight or spring-loaded counterweights.
The windows fitted with spring-loaded counterweights can be tilted and turned.

HS type sliding system – high-quality wooden showcase sliding doors. An ideal choice for your terraces.

The impressively large sliding sash opens up a wide space and connects your living room or bedroom with a magnificent view of the terrace. Thanks to its reliable and at the same time simple design, sliding systems of this type are not only extremely easy to operate but also reliably protect against external environmental effects. The total width of the terrace doors can be up to 6 metres.

The PSK type sliding system is characterised by functionality, good thermal insulation and tightness properties.

The sash of the PSK terrace doors can not only be moved, but also tipped over for ventilation of the premises. Opening mechanisms are selected according to the width and weight of the opening parts, paying attention to the customer’s preferences regarding the convenience of using the door. The overall width of the door can be up to 4 metres.

Wood has the lowest thermal expansion coefficient of all the materials used in door manufacturing. It is a natural durable material, which integrates really well in buildings of various architectural designs. Wood has the best moisture control and natural ventilation properties. Just like our windows, our doors are made of glued squared timber.

We are equipped to manufacture a variety of wooden interior doors to order.

Panel (anti-vandal) doors offer extra impact resistance, mechanical strength and firmness. The doors are used in offices, hotels, public buildings (hospitals, schools, kindergartens, etc.) and they can also serve as second stairwell doors. The wooden pine doorframe and the wooden frame of the panel is filled with RK7 chipboard and covered with painted CPC plywood 6 mm which is usually flat or shaped at the client’s request. The principal color is white but we can paint it in any color of your choice from RAL or NCS palettes. Our panel (anti-vandal) doors also come with toughened glass or a glazing unit. We don’t have standard sizes, therefore we manufacture them to the client’s instructions.

Types: hinged doors, double hinged doors, folding doors, swing doors, flush doors or non-flush doors. Panel (anti-vandal) doors are usually used indoors, although we can manufacture them to serve as exterior doors; this entails an additional requirement – they must be fitted with a canopy or painted with weatherproof paints, and the frame must be reinforced with metal profiles for extra stability.

Our panel (anti-vandal) interior doors conform to the following requirements:

Sound insulation from 28 to 34 dB. Base – RK7  chipboard panels.
Multiple opening and closing resistance, number of cycles 200,000.

Our doors are manufactured using two kinds of fill: German-made RK7 honeycomb-type chipboard panels (thickness 33 mm). Conforms to DIN EN 1121 climate class 2.

The type is the most popular and the most commonly used one in panel (anti-vandal) interior doors.

German-made continuous-type 33VL chip panels (thickness 33 mm)
It conforms to DIN EN 1121 climate class 2–3

This type is the most commonly used one in the premises where doors are subject to the requirements of extra impact resistance, mechanical strength and firmness.

Advantages. Panel (anti-vandal) doors are durable, hygienic and easy to maintain.

Exterior doors must be characterised by several key features: they should be firm, moisture-resistant and durable. We produce two types of exterior doors:

  • The sash frame is made of glued finger-jointed wood and is completed with a glazed unit or filler panel.
  • The door sash is made of a flat panel-blank, the top layer of which is covered with a panel for MDF painting. The door sash blank has metal profiles that prevent the door from deforming. It is a German manufacturer’s product, which is made according to individual dimensions.

The set of Euro-type exterior doors includes:

  • FUHR lock, handle control
  • BKV 120 ATB 3D adjustable hinges
  • WESER 32 mm high aluminium doorsill

The set of Scandinavian-type exterior doors includes:

  • ASSA lock, 3-point fixation
  • BKV 120 ATB 3D adjustable hinges
  • DAFA 25 mm high aluminium doorsill

Necessary conditions for ensuring comfort – installing a small canopy above the exterior door, and if possible, a tambour is the most ideal option to protect the door from various atmospheric effects.
