The project is implemented under the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan \u201cNext Generation Lithuania\u201d, financed by the European Union\u2019s Economic Recovery and Resilience Instrument \u201cNextGenerationEU\u201d. The project has been allocated \u20ac37,194 in funding.<\/p>\n

ESFIVP I 1<\/p>\n

Kriaut\u0117 UAB is implementing the project \u2018Modernisation of Production Facility at Kriaut\u0117 UAB\u2019 in the framework of the \u2018Regio Potential LT\u2019 measure of the European Union Investment Action Programme for 2014\u20132020.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to improve and modernise the technologies and technological processes used at the company by improving their synchronisation. The project involves the reorganisation of the operation of the company\u2019s production lines by introducing new and more advanced equipment, expanding production capacity, improving work efficiency and ensuring high levels of quality by simultaneously responding to the demand for the products in the Lithuanian and foreign markets.<\/p>\n

\nThe aim of the project is to ensure the improvement of the employees\u2019 qualifications, their professional mobility and ability to adapt to the rapidly developing activities and requirements of the processing industry sector. During the project, the company will be reimbursed a part of its employee training costs. Employees will also improve their English language skills.
